Hansang Tofu - Milpitas

Despite the slightly burnt and dry sharing of the huh, the dining experience was fantastic. I highly recommend trying the japchae here as it is superior to other places in terms of taste and the fact that it is not overly greasy. The service was excellent, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating, as the staff was extremely attentive. After informing them about the dryness of the huh, they kindly offered to remove it from the bill.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. They serve one of the best chapjae dishes I have ever tried, especially the fragrant and flavorful mushroom. The fried chicken is also tasty, although some parts can dry out if left unattended for too long. I also highly recommend the galbi, as it is tender and not overly sweet. The service can be slow during busy hours and the restaurant could use better ventilation (I give it 4 stars).

The chicken at this restaurant is crispy and delicate. If you enjoy saucy wings, I recommend trying the hot and spicy flavor. For a more dry but flavorful option, go for the garlic and soy. I placed my order online through their website and picked it up at the counter. The meal came with macaroni salad, glazed radishes, and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The server spoke Korean.

The eating is in order, the sides are good, but they do not mention them in the restaurant or in the menu that during the washing they calculate the dinner prices for bbq throughout the day. I went there a Sunday at 1 o'clock (clearly not dinner time) and I ended like $10 extra because of their dinner rule.

Service was great and so was the food. If you like traditional Korean food I would recommend you try this restaurant.
