Skip all of the chain fast food spots on highway 537 and head to Hot Shot Subs! Huge menu with quality foods. We stopped on a whim for lunch in between visiting the drive thru safari and going to SixFlags. We were in and out within 30 min.I had a toasted turkey sub and it was delicious can't go wrong when they use all Boar's Head meats and cheeses! Husband had a steak and cheese and said it was great. My older kids each devoured a chicken parm sub. My little one had the kids macaroni and cheese meal came with a juice box and apple sauce perfect!The owner is a retired local fire chief, and I love supporting our first responders whenever given the chance. Just another reason to come here!

Upon walking in, my husband and I were greeted by the owner who was so nice! The menu is extensive and has so many options, especially lots of vegetarian options as well. We called in our order which was ready when we arrived! Lots of space to sit and eat with a great atmosphere that is ADA accessible with a ramp entry/exit, a drive-thru window, and accessible seating which I love to see in restaurants. The food was excellent and the “everyday special” is a huge reason that my husband and I will make this our go-to spot anytime we are in the area from now on without a doubt!!! Not only that, but everyone was so nice and the owner was so passionate about his business. Also on doordash and grubhub. Great place, great food, and great people, what else can you ask for?

Loves the friendly service and hot fresh food. I got the Exit 7A this time and it was very delicious with plenty of spicy on it just the way I like it.
