Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

After Arden Bojangles dropped the ball on a huge company order, I called Mills River to see how fast they could prepare 70-80 cookies for a time-sensitive event. The manager Berna communicated and worked with urgency to prepare and I really can't thank enough to pull together. You have extracted 70 cookies in 10 minutes and opened for the day. Berna Tammy and the rest of the staff deserve an increase or atleast some appreciation for coming through as they did today. Will always use this location forward. Thank you for taking care of your customers.

I let the first bad experience slide as everyone has off days, but the second experience three weeks later was even worse. I placed an online order 45 minutes in advance for 4:55. Get there at 4:56. They seem a little busy so I'm fine with waiting a bit. Fast forward to 5:15 and we are still waiting in line. We finally get our food at 5:20 and the kid at the window didn't say a word. No apology, or anything. He couldn't even say have a nice day. To top it all off, one or their employees had a big wad of chewing tobacco in his lower lip and was spitting in a cup while handling food. He wasn't trying to hide it so I'm sure his manager and coworkers were fully aware. Completely unacceptable. I'll definitely be escalating that as high as it'll go. Would 100% avoid this location. We definitely won't be coming back.

Expected it to be like Popeye's... Nope. Chicken breading is different and the beans are sweet. Rice and chicken sandwich was pretty good though. The chicken was barely warm. Staff was very nice though. Maybe for someone else it's good but for me, I don't care to go back.

If I was a local, this would be a regular stop for me. Went inside to order as the drive thru line was long. Food was hot, fresh and good. The people were very polite and friendly. Quite surprising for a fast food restaurant.

Amazing Cajun Chicken Filet Sandwich (made into a Club. The bacon was crispy; the slice of American Cheese added the right amount of Tang to put it over the top! It is up there with the BEST chicken sandwiches available. Everything tasted great. I also ordered the coleslaw and Dirty Rice with it- both were very good. My wife got the same thing....she was saying how good everything was! *We went back through the drive-thru after we ate our dinner for some Cinnamon Biscuits. -They were hot and fresh. Awesome experience.
