Excellent cuisine, very beautiful setting. 1 entrance 2 dishes 2 desserts 2 glasses of white a bottle of red 90 € If I take off 2 stars is because we do not ask for sanitary passes and our table neighbors are 50 cm on each side. Not reassuring given the contamination figures. We kept the mask that ruined tonight.

An evening in mind for the change of our director, the FIA team greatly thanks the restaurant of the 3 causses for the privatization of this one. A competent team has all levels: reception, service and kitchen. A very friendly moment between colleagues who was a success thanks to Nicolas and his team. The frame and quality of the plate are no longer to prove. A safe value on Millau. Very fast.

Great! Excellent service, very good plate. Little more, we can see the cheff cooks the meat at the torso. One of the best restaurants.
