Hungry Jack's Burgers Mill Park

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I repeatedly asked if my order was correct, but when I got home, I realized a patty was missing. I reached out to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who promptly checked the order and quickly resolved the issue by providing a replacement. I want to thank Ash for their empathy and understanding, as well as their efficient work in finding a solution.

We waited for quite a while, but the staff was clearly overwhelmed. The front-line workers remained polite and apologized for the extended wait time. They did a great job managing the line and accommodating orders. The dining area was generally clean, though there were a few times it could have been better. Overall, the employees deserve credit for their hard work.

I ordered a family box that included four Heppers and a Bacon Deluxe, all without salad (due to a salad allergy). They assured us they would add extra toppings to make up for it. However, what they called "extra toppings" resulted in a very sad-looking burger. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

So called jacks fried burger! that is the second time that we have received the burger in this condition! just a burned chicken between the rolls!

Every time we go to this Hungry Jacks we always have an issue. Between missing items, no following to remove items off the burger quality its becoming a real issues. Not worth a stop by, it keeps going down hill consistently.
