The meat is organic and fresh, the service is good. I like the Mongolian Decor lots! Recommended !
Last night I visited Little Lamb in Takapuna and we were treated like absolute royalty, from being greeted with a small welcome ceremony to having the unique attributes of the menu explained to us in detail. We enjoyed grass fed beef and lamb (and I tried my first M5Waygu beef – which is the highest grade), a huge selection of fresh veggies and even konjac noodles (zero carb/calorie noodles) in a soup base made from bone broth which makes Little Lamb a great spot for low carb/keto folk or anyone wanting some easily customisable, nourishing eats. The beef and lamb were melt in your mouth tender and some of the most flavoursome I've tried and the bone broth gave the soup base an amazing depth. I really can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu.
The ingredients are fresh. The special feature of this restaurant is roast mutton and hot pot buffet. It's worth a try. I wish it had more kinds of cooking dishes to offer and more kinds of food to eat. The cutlery is not clean enough. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
The best thing about this place is not the food but the space. It's not your usual buffet restaurant where so many tables are packed in to maximize the headcount. This place is so wide open you can walk freely without bumping into a dozen people. It makes the dining experience so much more relaxed. The food is OK, choices is fewer than other comparable restaurant. But the prawns are nice and big. Option of shared pot or individual pots which is great. Big tables which is essential for buffet which uses lots of plates. I'd take the relaxed experience over large range of choices any day.
