Snagged On Eighth - Mildura

Went in to get fish and chips while my partner was away in Perth. What a bad attitude the female staffer had when I was ordering ..... this was the first time I have been in this shop, and will be the last. I was the end of the night when I popped, but there is no need for bad behaviour to customers and the food was over priced for what I received. Never again ....

Basic fish & chips were fresh and good value for money. They leave you to salt your own food which we found a plus not being high salt usersr.

We have been looking for a good fish n chip shop in Mildura for a couple of years, not only is the location perfect but THE best fish I have had in Mildura, so fresh and a good sized filet that melts in your mouth, the chips crisp and tasty. Definitely my go to fish n chip shop from now on.

Long wait! They were totally composed the whole time and concentrated on cooking great fish. Waited over an hour! Fish was excellent????????butterfish yum

We had gluten free butterfish, scallops and chips as Friday night takeaway. The fish was lovely (very well cooked with a light batter), the chips were great. At under $20 for two, it was good value too. We are locals who pride ourselves as being fish & chip connaisseurs. This establishment has now become our go to place...the best in gluten free fish in town, we think.
