I’ve been eating at this location for over 10 years. Everyone has always been polite, including her. Today was not her day!I proceeded to ask for a refund since there were no other drinks available at the price that I paid! She told me no, told me I was disrespectful, told me to leave and that I’m not allowed back. Does anyone know the contact number for Subway’s complaint department? I won’t be going backOh, and I even tipped her 15%. Horrible mistake
Not only does the subway have roaches as they were crawling all over the cases, They also refused to take coupons that SUBWAY sent to you through the mail. I ordered the great garlic, which specifically says on the coupon that it isn’t excluded And instead of spending the nine dollars for my meal, I spent almost $17 for it.
Ordered 2 subs this morning both were messed up. One was missing vinaigrette and the other way missing mayo and jalapeño.
Updating my review to reflect the amazing service I just received. They fixed the speaker for starters, absolutely superb, she was very attentive even though I went through the drive thru and repeated back my order to make sure she didn't make any mistakes. Further, she explained WHY it took a little longer, effective communication, no mistakes and extremely kind. Even though the subs may not be as good of a quality as nearby competitors, it's worth picking them because of this interaction.
This was the worst customer service that I've ever had. I walk in and I'm hit with a blast of heat like 5 minutes of being in this furnace I'm sweating like crazy and not to mention the absolutely hateful employee like all I wanted was a regular Italian sub and then she hatefully says there is a whole menu board up there to figure out what you want and the place was covered in flys and also I would like to mention that the lettuce was old and starting to turn brown like in my 21 years I've never had this bad of a experience at a subway we will NEVER EVER eat here again also that employee needs a severe attitude adjustment like I was super close to going off on her I highly recommend going to another subway to eat like it was so hot I thought I was in a oven cooking like please save your money and your sanity and go elsewhere trust me it's worth it.
