Was too late by the time I saw the reviews about this. The lady at the till point says it’s my card… no, it’s the owner of the place that refuses to update it. She looks like she’s about to fall off to sleep.
Cashiers are extremely rude and unfriendly. Staff vocally complaining to customers that they are tired and that it has been a long day, thats why the mess up the orders. not on.
I posted a review on Sunday and I see it was removed. I have been a client of Kauai for years. Sunday I bought a princess wrap at Sandton City and the wrap was like sauce when I got home. The chef did not apply the correct amount of ingredients. The incompetence of the people will cost the company it's brand. To date no response on my complaint. I will not buy from the retail chain again.

Update: of late 2022+ they have improved their their service, no complaints so far, good job! Prev: Great food when they get your order right. I've had it twice now where the ingredients are wrong e.g. Plant Power wrap is missing orange. This can be solved by just telling the customer when they take the order that they're out of that ingredient (if it's not incompetence when making the wrap). Will no longer order from there.
