Rats Bar - MIDDLETON BEACH

We love Rats bar, have been coming here on our holidays for years. It's a great spot and great fit out but we are always gobsmacked by the managers abrupt and unfriendly manner. It's almost as if she doesn't want people here ..... Since it changed hands a few years ago it hasn't been the same which is a shame, you could spend a lot of time watching the world go by here.

Can't say if it's good or bad, never got to sit down, no kids.....

Terrible customer service by rude and abrupt staff. Seem to only want old clientele. Not children friendly. Have recommended this place over the years of coming eating, but won’t be from now on. Very disappointing.

Rude and unwelcoming staff. Terrible customer service. Dirty toilets. Mice running around. Tried to support small local business. Advice to staff if you aren't prepared to liaise with general public choose another profession.
