Leeds Public House - Michigan City

Leeds is a work in progress. I would give it a try and will try again in the hope that they work on their recipes (smoked everything is not cool. waiter was bored and brought requested “HOT” soup luke warm. Butter or olive oil with bread would be expected. Tiny Spanish olives in a Grey Goose martini are not remotely adequate. Please, we need a great place!

Loved the outside bar area. Good martini. Restaurant very loud. Plate appearance rather plain. Pricey for amount of food. Will definitely try it again when we could go to the outside bar.

Everything! There 3 times in one week. Brought friends. Will look forward to better weather so we can get back out on that patio!!

Leeds continues to show promise. Our meals were good but not yet in the range of excellent. The mains were good, especially the duck, but the portion on the short rib though tasty was reduced by a third from previous visits. The sides were a bit overcooked. Service was very good.

Turned out to be a very good place to eat. Food was excellent, service was great. Wish they had more varieties of wine by the glass. All and all a great place.
