India House Restauran - Michigan City

Fantastic! This restaurant is undoubtedly my favorite spot to eat in Michigan City, where I reside. If you haven't tried Indian cuisine yet, I highly recommend it—there's so much flavor that will leave you completely satisfied. I particularly enjoy the Saag, Nav Ratan Korma, and the Chicken Tikka Masala, which is absolutely superb. You won't regret giving this place a try!

I absolutely love the chicken korma here! The lunch buffet is fantastic, and my 9-year-old son can't get enough of the tandoori chicken. However, it's worth mentioning that the rice on the buffet can occasionally be a bit hard and crunchy, so just keep an eye out for that.

Absolutely fantastic! This was our first visit to India House, and we can't wait to try the lunch buffet. We began our meal with Peshwari Naan, which was wonderfully light, fresh, flavorful, and had a gentle sweetness to it. For our main course, we ordered the Non-Vegetarian Thali, which included lamb curry, chicken masala, tandoori chicken, dal, raita, rice, naan, and mango pudding. We were thoroughly impressed and look forward to exploring more of the menu at India House. We even took advantage of a fresh Groupon deal!

The food here is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. I love dining here and introducing my friends to Indian cuisine. My 3-year-old enjoys all the appetizers, and the staff really engage with the kids. I highly recommend this place! Just be aware that the service tends to be leisurely—Indians like to take their time and savor their meals, so plan to spend over an hour here.

This restaurant is definitely one of our top five favorites in Indiana! After moving from California, I found it challenging to adapt to the bland food in Northwest Indiana, but this place was fantastic! The flavors were bold, and the buffet offered an excellent variety. The service was exceptional as well.
