I made a reservation through this app in hopes of shortening the wait time. However, upon arrival, I noticed that the people in front of me had already been waiting for 10 minutes without any attention from the staff. When I finally found a staff member and inquired about my wait time, I was informed that it would be 45 minutes. I expressed my frustration, questioning why we weren't informed earlier to avoid wasting our time. In response, an African American lady raised her voice and reprimanded me, saying, "Sir, you cannot speak to me like that."

Our experience at the restaurant was ultimately satisfactory, but there was confusion regarding our reservation. Upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant does not accept reservations and was not familiar with Open Table. Despite this, we were seated within 30 minutes.

Reserved the table on this app thinking it would shorten the wait. When i arrived the people in front of me had been waiting for min for someone to pay attention to them. I tried finding a tea member and when i did they told me it would be a minute wait. I said one you could have said something to us so we dont waste our time. The african american lady yelled and said sir you dont talk to me like that.

Everything worked out okay but when we arrived for our reservation they said they do not take reservations and that they have never seen Open Table. Not sure where the disconnect was but they were able to seat us within minutes.

They did not have our reservations and the music was so loud we had to yell at each other to be heard. Food was greasy and disgusting.
