The person inside saw me trying to open the door but he just ignored me so i had to wait in the drivethru for 30 minutes just to get some water and they have the slowest service. 0/10
Additionally, I experienced issues with my burgers yesterday; they were unseasoned and quite bland. Occasionally, I also find small particles in my soda drinks. This location is consistently busy, and there seems to be a need for urgency in hiring to fill the vacant positions. Perhaps offering an extra dollar per hour could help with that. I’d rather see employees earn a little more than lose customers due to long wait times, especially in the drive-thru. On a positive note, customer service here has always been excellent.
On my last visit, I ordered at 8:32 PM on a Monday, and I can confirm that the 8:30 shift has persistent issues. For years, I've chosen to avoid this location in favor of the one in Palmetto Bay because the staff there actually speaks English and gets orders right on the first try. Instead, I received a bag with the wrong dipping sauce, despite paying extra for what I actually wanted, and there were only a few stray fries in the bag. It seemed like they might have removed some fries after putting them in. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.
--- I felt that I was discriminated against due to classism. The manager refused to let me buy food from the restaurant because I don't own a car and I'm not very good with technology. The restaurant was under construction, and I asked two workers chatting outside if the adult happy meal was available. One of them confirmed that it was but then quickly complained to her coworker that I chose the wrong time to be outside. I inquired about how I could purchase the meal, given the construction inside the restaurant. The worker curtly told me that I needed to download the app. Since I don't know how to do that, I asked if I could order from the drive-thru. She simply said, "Do what you want." I then walked to the drive-thru to place my order, but the employee there told me they didn’t speak Spanish and instructed me to go to the next window. When I arrived at the next window, I encountered the same rude woman from before. She reiterated that I had to use the app to order. I explained that I didn’t know how to download it and wasn’t good with technology. She coldly replied that she wouldn’t sell me anything because I didn’t have a car. I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out that she was the manager. I thanked her and left. There was no reason for her to treat me so unkindly just because I struggle with technology and don’t own or drive a car.
I just got a DoorDash order sent, but when I opened the bag it was missing a burger and the sauce packets I asked for. Now I have to pay for something I never got. Store won't pickup calls either. So if I have to go there to basically get my missingfood, then there was no point getting it DoorDashed.
