Pizza Hut - Miami Shores

This is a fantastic location and the staff is pleasant and efficient. The pizza is prepared as ordered and naturally delicious.

Language barrier...the lady didn't understand the order and after that she stayed in the back doing whatever and once I payed for the order, very rude to wait outside for the order and tge pasta was luke warm.... personally do not reccomend that one!!!!

I used to like this place. I spend over five thousand per year on pizza and often purchased from this place. Yesterday I purchased 7 pizza and got only 6 cold pizzas that did not taste good at all. I am done with this place.

The place ok for fastfood but the customer service is not good at all.

Horrible, will never order from them again! Placed a delivery order at 2:30pm, didn't arrive till 4pm. Under baked and now sick because of it. Called to request a refund and nothing will be done about it. Now contacting corporate. Something is seriously wrong with them. There are 2 competitors in the area that offer good food and excellent service. So sorry I made this choice today.
