Starbucks Coffee - Miami Beach

Susie was amazing! She made my day so special, just with her amazing costumer service, her smile and her amazing special coffee that she made for me!

Aside from making us the tastiest espresso, the staff was incredible. A special shout out to Gertrude whose customer service was above and beyond, especially with assisting us with an item we had lost. Thank you Gertrude for the coffee, help and your kindness!!

A joke... Closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day.

I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks located next to the Marriott Stanton on South Beach in Miami, FL. The staff at this Starbucks were not only friendly but also incredibly willing to assist, making my visit all the more enjoyable. One aspect that stood out to me was the speed of service. Despite the bustling location, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was prepared and served. It's always a plus to get your morning coffee fix without any unnecessary delays.The cleanliness of the establishment was also noteworthy. The interior was well-maintained and tidy, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The spacious layout inside provided ample seating, making it a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy your coffee or catch up on work. Outside was also very nice too if you want to some views and air. All in all, the Starbucks next to the Marriott Stanton on South Beach exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff, efficient service, and pleasant ambiance. It's a great place to start your day or take a break while exploring beautiful Miami Beach.

The Worst Starbucks experience ever.We made two orders within two days, and both were messed wholly messed up.The staff is incompetent and should be replaced. They are hazarding with people health.They used normal milk instead of soy milk, they keep touching they sweaty faces without washing hands.They made 3 out of 4 coffee wrong and refused to add extra flavor to the 4th (so unexpected during ordering process) I can not believe that I did not get a single coffee as was desired.
