This restaurant is absolutely remarkable for the price. My only suggestion is that since the rooms are not serviced and have a full kitchen, they should provide some cleaning products. Even just a surface spray would suffice. It would also be great if the windows could be opened, even just a tiny bit. We had trouble with the AC and had to keep the fan on at all times to avoid getting sick. We live in Florida and rely on AC 100% of the time, but their AC unit was difficult to manage. Additionally, it would be helpful to pay at the moment rather than at a later time. Other than that, I loved the bed, pool, gym, and breakfast. Overall, it was top-notch.

I have been to this Starbucks many times and the service is always the worst compared to other locations. I find it frustrating that they use cold milk for hot coffee and then want to charge extra for warm milk when the coffee turns out cold. They also only provide cold milk, no creamers. Additionally, they do not have bags for purchases and the tables are always dirty. Asking for a receipt can be a hassle and the staff does not seem friendly or attentive. They do not appear to prioritize cleanliness, with some staff showing signs of tiredness and lack of cleanliness. Despite being the nearest Starbucks to me, my experiences there are never pleasant. There are limited vegetarian options and parking in the Miami Beach area is not free.
I adore Starbucks and the way they make me feel special. They serve the best coffee in the world, which brings me so much joy. At this particular Starbucks, they made me a cup of coffee with a leaf on top that tasted delicious. The little touches they add are amazing. I left feeling like a champion and I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Starbucks, I love you.
