The restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience with exceptional food. Although it may be on the pricier side, it is considered fine dining.
We thoroughly enjoyed the tofu "ceviche" made with extra firm tofu in a spicy lime sauce, which became my boyfriend's favorite dish of the night. I loved the soy glazed baked tofu, sliced and coated in a sticky soy sauce. The veggie tacos were also a hit, and we regretted only ordering two instead of four. The artichoke salad was tasty, and we assume their other salads are equally delicious. We also tried the brussel sprouts and cauliflower side dishes made vegan. The brussels were cooked in the same oil as fish, so strict vegans may want to avoid them, but they were delicious nonetheless. The cauliflower was excellent. While the salad and tacos were small plates, the other dishes were more substantial, and we left the meal feeling very full. Next time, we plan to try a vegan sushi roll and the veggies in spicy garlic sauce. Overall, this dinner at Nobu was exceptional and one of the best vegan meals we had in Miami. The server was friendly and knowledgeable, the ambiance was elegant and cool, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Miami.
When you get the least expected service and excuses nothing works. I had a business dinner at this place in Miami, we were seated and took a few minutes our server arrived and kindly offer his expertise. We were there for sashimi, nigiri and some great sake. We order drinks to start out evening, drink arrive and our sashimi and nigiri, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, we noticed other tables that were seated after us were already eating.. The server did try to solve the issue by sharing that that the sushi was extremely busy and they were behind. I understand that but it’s part of the management team to be on top of their game and make guest aware of their challenges. I spoke to the manager and an apology was offer as well they did sent shishito peppers and truffle corn, I was there for sashimi and nigiri however, I didn’t say anything I tried them. Additionally I said let’s try a drink at the Nobi hotel bar and i was serve a fine Cazapa on a plastic cup the bartender share that they no staff to manage their dishes that day. Nobu what happened to you? I let corporate know about the experience,and To make matters worst management contacts me and state states that they tough that everything was ok! Absolutely it’s no ok.
I had a great time. the food was delicious and if they want to make the cook tasting menu, they should be sure to come hungry. I also know how well the restaurant team uses masks. everyone wore the mask right. none of this “not sticking things”. the rear terrace is somewhat less busy than the inside and when they open all windscreens (it is down when it rains) they get good airflow.
