The food was excellent and very tasty. The staff was friendly as well, but the loud music from the bar was quite bothersome. It ruined the experience for me, especially since the prices were on the higher end. I expected a more sophisticated atmosphere rather than a party vibe.

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Initially, I encountered a receptionist named Joe, who completely ignored me while providing assistance to two other guests without reservations, and the only notable difference between us was our skin tone. Fortunately, another receptionist named Mora stepped in and provided outstanding service, treating us with utmost care. We decided to take our food to go, and Mora helped us by finding a server named Mac, who personally brought our meals to us. I urge you to reconsider your hiring practices, as receptionists are the first and last point of contact for your restaurant. As a business owner, I believe it’s essential to ensure that all guests feel welcomed, especially in a five-star establishment where we expect higher standards.

The food here is excellent, and the service is fantastic. We had the shrimp cocktail, chicken kabobs, burgers, and arugula salad—all delicious! My favorite part was the rice that came with the kabobs.

Food, drinks and service were better than expected for a beachfront Miami Resort. They definitely pay to be here, appreciate the quality food. Enjoy the Miami Last to put you in vacation mode, Octtopus was good, Burrata Salat was nice and delicious. Friends got the cereal salad with shrimps and Mediterranean salad, both were somewhat underwhelming. Easy $70-100 pp for drinks and lunch.

Far better when Hilton ran the Fontainebleau. Towers level breakfast with mangos and papayas. Fantastic food in penthouse 5 to 7 pm reception. Service was so good they were treating you like royalty. What happened ? Oh well, things change. This was my favorite Hotel. Guess it's time to stay at The Eden Roc. Thanks and farewell Fontainebleau Chateau Towers level.
