The Eis House - Mexico

The food was incredible! The atmosphere was fantastic, and I really appreciated the friendly staff.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in a while, and I was not disappointed! My husband ordered the Caprese chicken, while I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! From the salads to the main courses, everything tasted fresh and homemade, and you could really tell. In addition to the fantastic food, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. If you're ever in Mexico, NY, be sure to check out the Eis House—you won't regret it!

The food was quite good, but the service left something to be desired. I arrived right when the restaurant opened and was the only customer at that time. We were seated in a dimly lit dining room, and the waitress mentioned that the lights weren't working. Unfortunately, she forgot to bring several of the items I requested, such as extra bread, water, and salsa. I had included a gift certificate with my debit card to pay for my meal, but she didn't apply the gift certificate. She apologized and said I could return another time to use it, but I'm not sure if I want to.

I put the rooms at 1 star because we didn't stay the night there we only had dinner
