I especially wanted to call out Saiada, whom I see when I check out in the morning. I don 't know how she does it, but she remembers me and makes me feel such a part of the Marriott family. There are other hotels that are closer and more convenient to where I work, however they cannot match the service and hospitality of this location.
Bad experience and very bad response from the hotel, 2 Rottweiler dogs attached my husband in the hotel, the owner of the dogs walking unleashed and the hotel was hidden the guy, I call 911, as result my husband had a heartattack and almost die, they only said sorry, they never called the police and when I found this I called and reported, very disappointed with the manager and employees, a totally cover up, we are with the nightmare still so I don't recommend this place, never, if someone go in there run, isn't safe place and very bad service. Only God knows what is next for the incompetent and the treatment to us, hope justice will be served. Next day the guy was walking the dog unleashed and almost attack me in my own room. Very bad experience
The Internet Did Not Work! For this to be a name recognition hotel, I find this very off putting, and there was a business area . I 'm sure you could not get it done with no internet!
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great place to stay in Raleigh.
Their words do not match their actions... My April stay was subpar. I started having an allergic reaction after a few hours in room. I called to inquire about moving rooms and was told they were booked. I asked about process of cleaning after pets in a room. I was ensured that a deep cleaning occurs through an outside company after pets are in rooms. the next morning, after taking benedryl... I saw animal hair on the loveseat in the room. The next morning, I was offered Bonvoy points that were equivalent to less than $100. After communicating with a General manager through email, I was offered more points for my inconvenience. It is mid-May. I have not received my points. I have reached out and have yet to receive the promised points. Still waiting. Beware if you have pet allergies. Bring your benadryl. I will not go back to this hotel. Their word is not bond... translation, their actions do not match what they say.
