We used Rommel's Catering for our daughter's wedding. From every step of the process, Chef Rommel was responsive, accommodating, helpful, and extremely professional. For the day of the event, he showed up with a very impressive staff who went to work like the pros they are. The food was even better than we could have imagined. The service was impeccable. I called Rommel on Tuesday to schedule catering for my mother in law's funeral for Friday morning. I appreciated him basically fitting us in on such short notice. Rommel's Catering is incredibly good, I generally knew what I wanted but he guided me on a couple of things, The food was delicious and working with Rommel made a stressful time so much easier My only question is why can I only give 5 stars when he obviously deserved 10!

I work here. It is one of the most rewarding jobs there can be. The food is always better than most 5 star reataurants in new orleans, the staff is tremendous and helpful and will cater to your every need. The chef is a qualified master chef and has run this company for 30 years. We have catered from the likes of president Trump to mark cuban and morris Bart. We unfortunately will not be utilizing this catering service for our wedding due to a deal we made with our venue to use the venue's catering. However, Brandy has been excellent in efficiently communicating with us from the moment we expressed interest in Rommel's Catering. She even attempted to schedule a meetup in their kitchen so we could see firsthand what they have to offer. Chef Rommel prepared the most delicious dishes for our daughters birthday party. They were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. We highly recommend and look forward to ordering from them again.
