Kosher Cajun Ny Deli Grocery - Metairie

I lived in NYC for almost 20 years and this is by far the best egg salad in the entire world!!

Had a nice experience here. We got a ton of takeout food, lots of good stuff here. It's not cheap, but not very expensive and with great quality. For outside of New York this is literally the best that can be expected. This also has a Jewish store with cool Israeli foods not otherwise available (kosher Doritos, excellent pickles, etc). Awesome service, nice pleasant owner, we made lots of nice smalltalk and they really try to understand and accommodate whatever you are looking for. Very happy to come back....

Sandwich was poor quality. Female employee was ranting about politics and talking on her phone via speaker about someone having medical problems. This is not the time or place to discuss her views publicly about her choice for president as I do not agree with her position. For $22 I could have gotten a better sandwich at Arby’s for a lot less and not have to here about her choice of female president

Great food, great people, great atmosphere and great hospitality! This was the first place I stopped when I came to New Orleans. The impression Kosher Cajun left on me was that New Orleans must be a friendly city full of hospitality. Not only were the restaurant owners and staff friendly, so too were the other patrons.

Felt like you were home Food was delic. Warm atmosphere We were able to eat kosher Louisiana cooking if wanted The owner Joel Brown and his wife were beyond gracious hosts. Sports memrobelia all over his store. All types of Kosher groceries to purchase. All types of people come to eat at this Delic establishment which has been around for 36 years. Highly highly recommend
