Dab's Bistro - Metairie

I have visited this restaurant several times with a friend for lunch and have always been impressed with the food and service. We always look forward to our meals here. Keep up the great work and we can't wait to dine here again. Thank you.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! We are going tonight for the fourth time and cannot get enough of their fantastic food and atmosphere.

The service was acceptable, but the waitress took 15 minutes to bring me my soda on a slow night. The wings were average, but overly sauced. I would have preferred the sauce on the side. The bbq shrimp pasta was overly salty, making it difficult to enjoy. The restaurant was clean and had a business casual atmosphere. The front of house staff was friendly, but the back of house staff was noisy, arguing loudly in the kitchen. The restaurant is not a fine dining experience, despite the higher prices. There are better Italian options in Metairie. Overall, I will not be returning.

Went Friday night and had the pompano special. Really good and a very large portion. Also had the biscuits which were a special. Best biscuits I have eaten. Hit the sweet and savory notes.

One of the best lunch dinner spots in Metairie. Chef Duke never lets you down with his award winning meatballs, eggplant Locicero nightly specials. Everything we have eaten has been delicious. Chef Duke personally comes out to say hi make sure your happy with your meal. A don’t miss experience for a family meal or date night with your special someone.
