Cc's Coffee House - Metairie

One of my favorite locations for coffee in the city of New orleans. The location is ideal, and the coffee is perfectly delicious and balanced (Community Coffee ? always is) . The staff are wonderful. Weather seated inside or outside you'll be treated to great views and a comfortable environment for relaxation, doing business, or passing by if you would just visiting the city.

I love my crew at the Metairie Road location. They are friendly and fast. My order is always right.

I went to pick up coffee for my shop, just like I did the day before, but the manager at the counter told me I should have called ahead and that it would take 20 minutes to brew more coffee. I tried to explain that we had done it without any issues the previous day, but she just raised her voice about how they needed to brew coffee. I felt it was rude, and when I mentioned it, she insisted that she wasn’t being rude. That's good to know, I guess. I should have gone to PJ's instead, and I definitely will from now on!

My first visit earned a solid 4 stars, but my most recent one barely deserves 1 star—only because 0 stars isn't an option. I ordered two Mochasippis, one iced and one hot, and what I received was nothing like what I expected. There was a significant difference. What do you have to say for yourselves???!!!

I visit this CC's bright and early in the morning, right when they open. The staff is always nice and friendly. There’s a regular group of morning coffee drinkers who are on a first-name basis with the employees, and everyone is delightful. If you stop by in the morning, be sure to grab a delicious cup of coffee! The mocha chip mochasippi is fantastic—sweet, but definitely worth the calories!
