Big Deal Burger - Metairie

This place is apparently a ?concept? in the way that they sell certain items (burgers) through online delivery only, in addition to their main restaurant business, which is barbecue. Based upon my last experience with Big Deal Burger, their ?concept? has a LOT of room for improvement. After waiting over an hour for a very simple order, I receive word from my Dasher delivery driver that ?The restaurant forgot to light the grill pit and that it would be ready in 10 minutes?. To our dismay, neither of those things happened. Shorty after, Big Deal Burger then cancelled my order I am certain that their food offering may look good, and it may very well taste good as well. However, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone because this establishment wasted the time of my Dash driver (who went above and beyond to keep me updated the order status, and in turn missing out on other delivery pings in the area) and wasted my time as well.

This is my second time ordering from Big Deal Burger through Uber Eats. Both times my entire order was incorrect. The first time they made all three burgers the exact same, and not one of them even resembled what I ordered. Mistakes happen, so I gave them another chance. This time all three burgers were made differently but all still wrong and they were cold. My daughter couldn't even eat hers because it had cheese on it and she is allergic. I ordered the single burger for her, because that is the only burger without cheese on the menu, and there is no way to type specifications. I tried calling the restaurant several times, and it says the line is busy. This place is absolute garbage. Don't waste your money. If you do, there is no way to contact them to attempt to get it back.

They didn't even make my order until the third Uber driver went and showed them the order, they didn't put the sauces I asked for on it. It took over an hour and 45 mins to finally make it to me, the buns were cold. Wish I would've seen the reviews before ordering it, waste of money. The bag is from Dickies Bbq Pit, so I won't be going back there anymore either.

Coming from a guy with a Dad Bod, that burger really hits the spot.

This place is horrible we order from them on 4/6 thru postmate and they got our order completely wrong. my co-worker order the impossible burger and i order a regular burger with cheese everything i ordered on my burger was on her and vise verse. i called the location and Alan the young man who answered the phone was very nice and try to solve the problem but when he called the GM Sherry and try to explain to her what happened all she told him was read the order back to her the both have bacon on the them. first of all that is not even the problem lady so he tried to explain again and she said well that's not our fault i need to call postmate well i didn't know that the delivery people are the ones who make the food that they are picking. We will never be ordering from them again and if i could have given them a review with no stars i would.
