Baskin-robbins - Metairie

This review reflects my visit to Dunkin' Donuts, which shares a building with Baskin-Robbins. I found everything at this location to be quite pleasant, including its cleanliness, the friendliness of both the staff and customers, and the overall organization of the place. I ordered the triple chocolate and chocolate glazed donuts. While they tasted good, they didn't quite match the quality of Krispy Kreme donuts, which I was intentionally comparing for this review. The glaze on the chocolate donut and the drizzle on the triple chocolate were excellent, but I believe the donuts themselves could use some improvement.

The newest ice cream flavor, Oreo and caramel, is definitely a must-try. The service at BR is good as well. The atmosphere of the place is laid-back, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious dessert. I visited this location late (around 10 PM). While the lobby closes at 11, the drive-thru remains open 24 hours. I’ll definitely be back soon to try two scoops of something else!

When we reached the window, the order was still wrong. We had to repeat our order multiple times to her and another staff member. It was frustrating because, despite the long wait, they hadn't started preparing our order until we arrived at the pickup window. When they handed us our coffees and wished us a nice day, we realized the bagel was missing, even though we had been charged for it. We ended up waiting several more minutes for them to fix the bagel, which turned out to be just plain with butter. Given that they seemed to have plenty of staff, it's unclear what went wrong. This experience was absolutely ridiculous, especially since I've worked in fast food and drive-thrus before.

Hit the late nite drive thru last night. They had a long line, but it moved quickly! The employees were friendly,courteous and professional. The chocolate shakes were delicious! We will definitely return for more desserts. Thank you Baskin Robbins!!

We go to BR to try some of the new flavors we see online. This location never has any. No dairy free or advertised flavors.
