Baskin-robbins - Metairie

I would have to agree with the lady Marie Jordan in the above review! I went last week to get the vegan ice cream ! There were two girls and 1 guy, one of the girls different color hairline piercing and the other girl blonde hair , all 3 were rude! No hello how can I help you; very unfriendly people.! That?s not customer service! They never greeted me like they were bored like I was bothering them! I got my flavors which is great ice cream! I had to ask for top on the ice cream! It was just 9pm! They seem like miserable people that work there! Nothing friendly about them! I wish the boss man would show up unexpectedly to see how they treat the customers! It?s awful! I passed by today again to see who was working! The only thing great are the flavors!

I ordered ice cream in a waffle cone bowl. When I got it, the waffle cone bowl was rubbery when I brought it to the employee's attention, she just offered me a cup. How do you offer someone a cup and nothing else when I paid for a stale cone too? Will not be back to this location. I have never received a stale cone or bowl. The service and products are subpar at this location.

DO NOOOTTT get the Polar Pizza ????????????????!!! Literally the worst cookie cake I've ever had in my life. The cookie itself tasted so fake and didn't even taste like a cookie. The best part was the ice cream and toppings and we all just ate that instead.

Absolutely wonderful service. I was blown away by how amazing this baskin robbins location was. I felt like a celebrity for how well I was treated. I will come back every day. I am in love with this ince cream plae.

Rude, discourteous staff. Young girls who obviously don?t care about their jobs, or their customers. Will no longer be patronizing this Baskin Robbins location.
