Considering it's an open-air-bar (with a tent for rainy weather) near a tourist attraction such as the wolf-park, the prices are far cheaper than those you'd see at zoos and the likes.The owners were friendly, chatty and besides drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and a few snacks, they also sold postcards and other merchandising for the "Wolfspark".A great place to relax after having observed the wolves!

After the interesting visit to the wolves park "Werner Freund" in Merzig, a large stall can be found right beside the park entrance. This stall sells various good beer brands, also non-alcoholic beer and prepares sausages to go with the beer. A large array of tables, chairs and, if applicable, parasols are available for a quiet sit down with a large beer and a "Bockwurst". This Beer Garden opens between 2 and 3 pm. Closed on Monday.
