Bistro Therme Meran - MERANO

We had lunch in one of the giant snowballs in the spa square. fantastic experience both from the point of view of the location and the kitchen. the location is beautiful: warm, cozy, fine with a high-class Christmas atmosphere. we took two first lambs (poor and truffle with rosemary foam and noodles festosis with deer ragout) and two seconds (deer glue and lamb lombo): everything was baked to perception and seasoned as best you could not. the waiter was kind, helpful, polite and reserved. right prices, given the composition of the menu, service and location. recommended especially with a Christmas atmosphere like today (under snow). )

Eaten divinely. beautiful and herbal risotto with rabbit wrapped in speck to say little explosive. Good. prices online

Self service is not the most varied but it is a great solution if you stay at the spa all day.

Would have lured to go, but the app for reservations does not work, phone calls just as useless. why bother with an app if it doesn't work

Good place for a few drinks or as in our case a light lunch. from the busy old town, this is a quiet place to relax over hugo splashes etc.
