I have a decadent chocolate, but gluten-free birthday cake from Pink Bandana. Most gluten-free cakes are granular and coarse. Not this one. I'm sure it's gluten-free that my husband wasn't sick after eating!! But he was certainly happy! It was amazingly delicious and SOOO good. Thank you for a great birthday cake!
I'm a huge fan of macaroons, but they are hard to find in Lake County. It's even harder to find good ones. My search is over! They are amazing! Thankfully I don't live close enough to make a daily trip because I would be in serious trouble. But I am close enough to stop when the craving gets real.
