Dairy Queen Orange Julius - Mentor

One of my orders was scheduled for pickup today, November 1, 2023, at 3 PM. When I called the restaurant at 3:20 to check on my order since I hadn't received any updates, they told me they had no record of my orders. After some searching, they eventually found the order forms, which had been misplaced. I was understandably frustrated, but the employee I spoke with was polite and assured me she could have my order ready within an hour. While it wasn't the ideal situation, I thought it was better than nothing. However, by 7 PM, I still hadn't heard anything about my order. This prompted me to call the corporate office and ask them to forward my complaint to the franchise owner. If you're considering ordering a cake online, I highly advise against using this Dairy Queen location, as my experience has been completely unacceptable.

The ice cream was delicious, the order was prepared quickly, and the restaurant was clean. The service was satisfactory.

The employee yelled at us from their car, saying, "Go home!" It was very unprofessional.

This Dairy Queen is really great, I went around 7pm today and let them know my boyfriend has a somewhat bad peanut allergy and the workers were so nice about it and actually made it separate from other orders. They didn’t act inconvenienced by it like a lot of other places do, it was very much appreciated :

Haven't had an issue yet. Always have more than enough toppings in the blizzards and they haven't messed up an order for me yet despite how busy they are. Also it's one of the only DQ that I've seen that still has a putt-putt course, which seems well maintained. Overall very happy with it.
