My friend and I frequently dine here, and the food is fantastic. Teresa is wonderful and really takes care of her customers. There was only one time when our crab boil tasted bland, like it was cooked in just water with no seasoning, the potatoes were undercooked, and there were only about six sausages and four shrimps. We noticed that there was a different cook that time. A little over a month later, we returned and mentioned our previous experience to Teresa. She explained that it was her manager, who is also white, who had prepared the food then. Teresa assured us that the food would be better this time, and she didn't disappoint. Thank you, Teresa and Jennifer. We will definitely keep coming back! Crab Island is our go-to seafood spot.

I placed an order through DoorDash, and it was incorrect. However, when I called the restaurant, the manager on duty was fantastic. She was incredibly apologetic and so kind. She promptly fixed my order, and her pleasant attitude made the experience even better. I truly appreciate excellent customer service, and she provided it in spades. We will definitely be ordering from there again!

Next time I will request more kick to my butter. Crab was not overdone. Everything was good.

I really like this place. The boil is excellent. It is well seasoned and not overly so. You don't need seasoned butter or butter at all. The only ding is the boil is in a tin pan covered in plastic wrap. If you're not local you will spill butter juice. Stop by Dollar Tree get a cheap bin to transport. Great Boil though.
