I'm so angry! Not so long ago I only lived three minutes walk from Wayside. When I left, they almost opened up as if they knew I was.

My lovely wife shouted us breakfast at the Wayside Inn this morning. What a brilliant start to the weekend!! We cannot fault a single aspect and we'll very definitely be returning for meals when we're back in town. Our hostess Cecilia was incredible. Friendly, super-helpful,...attentive without being smothering and a real joy to chat with. She is certainly a real asset to the business. The food was stunning and with very generous portions. Perfectly cooked, presented and served superbly. We were given the right amount of time between drinks and food to chat, enjoy the surroundings and relax. Really can't speak more highly and would recommend the Wayside Inn to anyone without hesitation. Top marks!!

Really disappointed with this place, it looks really nice and well presented inside but service was really lacking and the food was awful and very inconsistent. We all had the same meal but what was on the plates was totally different! No seasoning and barely...warm. I Certainly won’t be going back.
