If you are looking for traditional Italian food from one of the best food industry in Italy, Trattoria Emilia is the right place. The place is very decorated and cozy, the staff well trained and able to answer all the questions we have ordered on the dishes we have ordered. We have Gnocco fritto, tigelle with a selection of Salumi (a must in the Emilia and Rosette region with ham, mushrooms, truffles and fondue cheese. Do not forget to taste their Tiramisu (with Croccante! and Panna e Fragole, with white Japanese strawberries. We have dinner with Pinot Noir and the house offered shots of homemade Limoncello. Like a real Trattoria. I am happy to come back soon

After 16 years in Melbourne, how did I not get over this jewel of a restaurant? Our friends booked for a meal for the 4 of us on a Friday night at 6.30 and each table was taken. We had the 3-course festival menu that gives you a selection of about 4 dishes from each starter, main and dessert. Each mouthful was really delicious as the free bread all accompanied by great wine. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself. You will not be disappointed

Here for a work event and found both the food and the service to top-notch. The vegetarian selection was also great! Very recommended if you are after more than just from the mill Italian food.

Beautiful restaurant. I cannot imagine finding better Italian food in Melbourne. Exceptional wine. Very good service. Overall a really special experience, and highly romantic. We cannot wait to go back.
