Lovely venue, food and wine great. Toilets could do with a bit of a clean though

Food delicious. Service was great. Enjoyed ourselves.

Our server was really helpful and knowledgeable about the wine list and the food menu. She made great recommendations and was present and attentive without ever being intrusive. We always had water, plates were cleared in a timely manner and without obtrusion, the table was kept tidy and our wine glasses were never empty. The food was very good especially the john dory and clams casino. We genuinely enjoyed everything and are so happy you have reopened. It is a beautiful space and we would be happy to come back or recommend to others.

Wow! The chefs behind the French saloon can cook. Get ready for a taste sensation as velvety sauces caress winter vegetables so exquisite you’ll be asking for a baguette to mop up every last bit. Indulge in the bistro classic steak and chips and you’ll swear it was the best most flavoursome steak with jus you’ve ever had. As a past student of the culinary variety I know technical skill when I taste it and this was gastronomic mastery. If you’re a Melburnian don’t miss your chance. Us Sydneysiders can only dream of such a beautiful experience.
