Taco Bill Kensington - Melbourne

I have only eaten Mexican food in a restaurant less than half a dozen times but have made it myself at home as well. I was so disappointed, I found it bland for Mexican food and it just seemed like slop that was scouped out of large containers and heated up. Just what I imagined would be made for large chained American food. I had a platter dish that had a taco, burito, beans and rice. I would never recommend taco bills to anyone. On a positive, the service was very good! This is my first ever negative food review I have given on here.

I was so absorbed in the cozy atmosphere while waiting for my order that I completely forgot about it.

Last minute, we decided to go to La Tortilleria because we couldn't decide what to eat for dinner. It had been a while since we had Mexican food and we were excited to try it again.

We had dinner at this venue. It is suitable for a family. The food was good, portions were smaller and dearer than a similar venue we've been to in Adelaide but adequate. It was a bit OTT, family fan rather than elegant or classy. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite.
