Terrible customer service mainly due to the owner (guy with the hat) of the shop that didn't think that replacing a glass of horrible not-fresh (vented) wine to a regular customer would make sense.His arrogance, rudeness and patronising answers were: "I'm a sommelier, It's wine from Darwin, I try to contribute to local producer, it's not my responsibility if you don't like the taste" where in fact his wine was probably badly stored and completely off.Anyway, It's not about a 9$ glass of wine but more an attitude towards servicing customer.
