Ra-men Bankara - Melbourne

The broth was just ok for me, I admit that this is not the style of ramen I usually like. I felt that the soy sauce flavor was too overpowering. What disappointed me were the soggy noodles and the lack of topping, considering the price. The takoyaki and karaage were good though. The service was prompt and the staff polite.

I came in looking for a quick dish to take away before my train came, and they did not disappoint. I ordered the Kakuni Don (pork, rice, spring onion and boiled egg) for $10.80 which is a decent price, and the meal was in my hands within 10 minutes. The food of course was pre cooked, and was fairly decent, however I was surprised by the Aioli taating sauce, and the egg was disappointingly undercooked! Overall it was nice and I would go back again for a sit down meal.

Staff here are so so friendly! I loved the personal touch. We had several dishes to share and couldn't fault any of them. Price for quality is great.

Last minute find this place as we were walking / running around trying to find the best ramen recommended on tripadvisor , the place we wanted to go to had a super long queue and we didn't have enough time to wait ( plane to catch) so we decided to go for this place and we loved it! Will go back again and again for sure. Noodles cooked well, broth is rich and delicious.
