Nando's - Melbourne

I had a great experience at Nando's! Despite some mixed reviews, I decided to give this place a try because it was rainy and cold outside (perfect weather for hot and spicy food) and I happened to be nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service, with our food arriving quickly after we sat down. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I felt like I got more chicken in my paella than I usually do at other places, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant got busy very quickly, with a line forming outside just as we were finishing our meal. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Changed your all in burger no longer egg instead microwaved onions. Won’t be ordering again. Just trying to make up the rest of the characters

Ordered two meals, one salad and one quarter chicken and chips. I SPECIFICALLY ordered the wing quarter as I always do. The salad came out first and my partner started eating. Almost at the end of their meal, the same girl who took the order,...brought out my meal, with a leg instead of the wing. I told her that isn’t what I ordered and she looked all confused so I asked if that looked like a wing quarter to Herz she replied she doesn’t know what a wing looks like I told her as my partner had basically finished their meal, I’d just get a refund and she walked away. As we finish and go back to the counter, they try to serve the correct piece of chicken on the same plate with the old chips. I ask her why they bothered when I already told her I wanted a refund. She says she doesn’t know how to do that so calls the manager who also seemingly had no clue how to handle the situation. I leave my number and ask for a phone call within the hour. As of today, there is still no return phone call. Also….. we were the ONLY CUSTOMER in the whole shop. So there’s no excuse for being busy or anything else. Absolutely the WORST Nandos I’ve ever been to and will strongly consider my options next time.

Usually i love Nandos, but this place is an absolute disgrace. I WILL NEVER EAT AT NANDOS AGAIN AFTER DINING AT THIS RESTAURANT. The manager is an absolute IDIOT! We came here with people and the meal served was completely innedible. Firstly they stuffed...up the salad we ordered and missed two key ingredients, the qinou and goats cheese. We complained and rather than making the salad again, just bought the ingredients out in a bowl.Then we noticed that the Avocado in the salad was hard and unripe, and the SKIN HAD NOT BEEN REMOVED. In addition the chicken wings we ordered were BURNT. At this point we called the manager over and he said that we could come back next time for a free meal. He asked for me to wrote my name and number on a piece of paper. He said that a lot of customers had been complaining about the unripe avo, meaning they KNEW about the problem but were still serving avocado. How STUPID CAN YOU GET!!! So we came back a couple weeks later, the same people. We spoke to the receptionist who then spent minutes looking through a register for the note. After not being able to find it she called the manager who told her that he had lost the note but remembered us but we were only entitled to either a burger or a wrap, NOT the free meal for people he had promised. Unhappy with this situation, i spoke to the manager on the phone explaining that we all remember what he said, and came into the restaurant expecting each to have a free meal to the value of what we had spent previously. (Which was only Instead of being a smart manager and making good on his promise he refused to help! NANDOS, you are conpletely finished as far as we are concerned.

Chicken and chips great, but Superfuel salad was all mixed leaves, tomatoes, pieces sweet potato, tablespoons quinoa, no fetta, no avocardo. What a shame as sounded so delicious but for very disappointed!!
