Max Bar & Restaurant - Melbourne

Always fun to eat at Max. Cocktails are yum, service is friendly and efficient, food is fantastic - particular cudos to chicken max and the pumpkin risotto. Well within the budget and most nights free street entertainment if you sit on the sidewalk - where the braziers keep things comfortable.

My Mum and I visited for lunch. The staff were lovely and attentive, without being overbearing. The pasta was perfectly cooked with the right amount of toppings and perfect flavour combinations. Yum!

Group of seven rocked up and got a table with no notice, we had a variety of pizzas, and everyone enjoying it.

We loved our dinner at Max. Very accommodating to our pram, and 7 month old child. The food was delicious. The service was excellent, we particularly liked our server Oli, he made our night!

Amazing service, food was actually incredible. The goats cheese spaghetti was so good, and the wine options were all excellent. Ambiance was really lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive.
