Lucky Penny - Melbourne

I recently had my daughters 18th birthday party at Lucky Penny and it was a fantastic affair! Brittany was great to work with and was extremely accommodating. The space looked gorgeous and had great lighting for a daytime function (just what an 18 year old wants for her insta photos! . The food was delicious and according to a few of our vegan guests the best food they've ever had at a party! Thank you Lucky Penny (in particular Brittany for a great afternoon!

We booked Lucky Penny for a hen's party, and we were beyond happy with the function! Brittany was absolutely fabulous- she made the whole booking process smooth, provided great suggestions and truly made the whole night memorable for our lovely hen. The food was fabulous, the bar staff were amazing- nothing was too much trouble and all of the guests commented on how fabulous it was! I would truly recommend Lucky Penny for any event- again, thank you Brittany and the team!

I recently had my wedding at Lucky Penny and it was absolutely fantastic! Lucky Penny is a perfect venue for small and intimate weddings. The event space has a charming and rustic feel, despite being indoors. This allowed us to have a beautiful space without worrying about the weather, which can be unpredictable in Melbourne. Brittany and the team ensured that everything ran smoothly and were very accommodating. I highly recommend hosting your engagement party or wedding here. The food was delicious, so make sure to order more than you think you need as guests will devour every bite!

This cafe, which is locally owned and operated, is fantastic! The customer service is top-notch and the food is delicious. Don't miss out on the burger - it's absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly welcoming and always have a smile on their face. The community table in the back of the restaurant is perfect for a quick breakfast or a larger gathering. The upstairs function room is welcoming and I've attended some really enjoyable events there.
