Lovely Dumpling Heidelberg Heights

Decided to try this place out as the staff helped me out previously when I needed to charge my phone. The service was wonderful, friendly, attentive and gave us some free spring rolls after they suggested we try them. The dumplings were fresh and full of flavour, the honey chicken was true to its name without being overly sweet and the vegetarian chilli pot was full of flavour and had some spice to it without any of the metallic taste that is common with chilli of that type. The food can be ordered from Über eats and Menulog but if you call them, delivery is free. We will definitely be going to this place again and suggesting to our friends to do the same.

The food we ordered last night was seriously tasty and a great price. Probably some of the best Asian ordered in the Heidelberg area. Have eaten in before but this time went home delivery. Arrived perfectly, fresh and there was plenty of it. Had difficulty ordering on line , Heidelberg West does not pop up and there was some language difficulty on the phone...but again the food made up for any difficulties. Highly recommended!

The food is so horrible ！！I ordered a chicken pot and hot and sour soup ,Chicken is like marinating in oil！ And the soup ,It's just sour ！！No more orders from them .

Ordered through uber eats. Waited 50 minutes with several delays.. The food arrived cold and the portion sizes where half of what other dumpling stores offer with a higher price tag. I asked the driver If they were busy and he said he had been waiting nearly 30 minutes for them after being prompted to pick up and delayed himself. I wont be ordering from here again.

The customer service is amazing, the workers are very kind and consistently check if you need more water or anything. The food is yummy and at a really great price. The best dumplings in the northern suburbs by far!
