Lambs Restaurant - Melbourne

The food at this restaurant was disappointing. The chicken seemed like a leftover roast chicken that was pulled apart, and the lamb was covered in burnt fat and crusty leftovers. The chips were soggy and undercooked. The prices were too high for the quality of the food. I ordered through a delivery service, and it arrived 30 minutes late. It seemed like they were at the supermarket buying a roast chicken to put in my order. In these times of COVID, any business should be grateful to still be open and should provide customers with the service they deserve. I will never spend my hard-earned money at this restaurant again.

I was pretty impressed. the mixed meat souvlaki was a cracker. absolutely delicious and generous. it was a little cool because it was eaten on top, but the taste was fantastic. bravo.

The food was really bad. The roasted chicken was dry and the lamb was burnt and tough. The chips were soggy and tasteless. The prices were too high for the low quality of the food. The delivery was late, arriving 30 minutes after the estimated time. I suspect they had to buy ingredients from a supermarket to fulfill my order. While I appreciate the effort to stay open during COVID, I will not be giving them my business again.

Carlton was good until the owner was sold out. it's mixed. northcote is king. I have visited through the last three owners .. never had a bad meal.

Very convenient for late evening snacks. cheap and also makes a pretty good kebab. friendly staff to open and later. great place.
