Gami Chicken and Beer - Melbourne

After I had abandoned my order, I changed my mind and decided to quit it. I immediately told the waiter and he said the kitchen not to prepare them. Unfortunately, they didn't refund my money. the waiter assured me that she and that he informed his boss as they could not return money. I returned two days later without having received money, and the same waiter told me it would take 7 days. today, after two weeks, I'll wait for my money. what a shame. they lied to my face and stole my money.

They love the koleslaw and pickles. they add fresh to fried chicken. I wish they give more of these beside courts

We ordered the 12 chicken wings and cattle bullgogi. the boggi was one of the best. her honey mustard sauce is also beautiful.

One of the worst services I've ever experienced. I came with my family of 4 in black friday and I must say that they were busy, but the waiter told us that we had to wait 30 minutes before we got a table. we thought it was reasonable because others were full. After 25 minutes I asked her when it is our turn, the waiter said that we are next in the line. we waited for another 10 minutes and during this time they filled in 4-5 tables for the people behind us in the line. at this point we had waited for 35 minutes and my whole family was very tired waiting, especially my 4 year old daughter, who was very hungry. that made me really angry, so I asked her why, and they said it was because we are 4 pp group and that they had to follow the social distancing rule so that they get the table of 2 first their tables. what I can accept, but what I can't accept is that lack of information they have given us and that lacks of sympathy they have for a family with a young child. when they told me about starting up, that I had to wait for more than 30 minutes, I wouldn't wait if they told me that it was easier for two people to get a table, I would let my mother and daughter eat first and I would go elsewhere. after 45 minutes of waiting of the table we were actually really looking for a nice meal, but it ended in disappointment, as that was dry and the udon was much too salty. definitiw the worst service and gastronomy experience that I had in melbourne for a long time will not be a next time for me.

Ordered half an original crispy deboned chicken, thighs and breasts. It didn’t feel like half a chicken, next time I will go for the chicken on the bone. The accompanying sauce, pickled radish and coleslaw nicely complemented the chicken.
