Farino 00 wood fired pizza - Melbourne

We organised a dinner for my fathers birthday only to be disappointed . I can say that the staff were lovely and the pizzas just ok, but the pastas were terrible. The seafood pasta was so disappointing . The dish did not included the selection of seafood as listed on the menu and the shell fish was not fresh. Please do not serve this food to Italians bc that is just embarrassing. Sorry but we won't be coming back !

Delicious wood fire pizza. Good quality toppings and excellent base. Can't wait to go there for a meal. Very friendly staff including the pizza maker.

With at least 3 or 4 good pizza places close by it'd have to be special to keep coming back but we love Farino as our go-to take away or mid-week treat. Gnocchi is also great too. Friendly staff, from the owner/manager to the waitresses, our daughter loves it as much as us, luckily!

Just landed in Melbourne after a long flight from Malaysia. Starving hungry after the flight and not much food on the plane that was just edible and no food in the fridge at home. It was late and the kitchen was still open. There was only one other table still finishing their coffee and dessert, but the kitchen was open for us. The restaurant is open until 10.30pm on Saturday. We were there before 10.00pm. The meal just hit the spot. The chicken cacciatore was delicious, home cooked comfort food and filled that empty stomach. We only had the main course, but that was enough. We were grateful the restaurant was still open and able to serve a tasty and nutritious meal home cooked meal.

The pizza at this restaurant is truly authentic with a perfect crust. I can't wait to come back again!
