3.5<br/ <br/ How could I walked into a bakery called Copenhagen Patisserie and not try any Danish? Of course I wouldn't. While I was undeniably distracted by the other cakes, tarts and slices on offer, I told myself to choose a slice of Apple Danish over the others. And what a delicious slice of Apple Danish this was. The layers of sweet and flaky pastry crumbled beautifully, and the apple filling was both delicate and rich all at once. Definitely no regrets here!<br/ <br/ Although I had little doubt about the quality of the Danish, I was a bit unsure about the minced beef pie. I was thus quite taken aback by how respectable it was. Similar with the Danish, the pastry was light, golden and flaky, and the minced beef possessed a deep savouriness to it.<br/ <br/ The latte was so so it started off too hot but once it cooled down, it wasn't too bad. Stick to the Danish here and you'll be alright. It seemed to me that was exactly what the other customers were coming here for.<br/
Had an amazing apricot and apple danish dotted with flakes almonds today. The pastry was just delicious, would definitely go back for more of the range
The restaurant has a simple decor and is a small venue, perfect for dining in or getting takeout. I particularly enjoy their long Danishes with cherry, apricot, or chocolate fillings - they are elegant and delicious, perfect for serving guests along with a cup of tea. They offer a variety of tasty cakes and pastries. It's a convenient spot for locals to sit back and relax with a coffee after finishing up their weekly grocery shopping.
Picked up a variety of pastries and cakes for afternoon tea for my folks as well as Lattes and cappuccinos. Freshly baked cakes, slices and pastries. Made decent cups of coffee too. Dining areas inside the shop and on the street. A delightful little cafe.
