This is the best seafood retailer for miles around. The range of fresh and frozen fish and seafood is amazing. First class quality and its right there every time.The great treat though are the freshly shucked oysters which are sold freshly opened - one poor guy does nothing but open oysters non-stop. There's a good variety of oysters and all at good prices. Very cheap compared to restaurant prices and there are two stand up tables with all the sauces and dressings plus fresh lemons. A seafood lovers delight - fresh prawns and small seafood platters also being available.It can get busy though but the wait will be worth it - I can guarantee

The variety of fish and seafood is superb. I can recommend the oysters, Moreton Bay bugs, flathead, salmon... I've never had a dud. Service is friendly and helpful.

This was my last stop before leaving straight for the airport, and I'm glad I did! I went here purely for the oysters, they did not disappoint! Choose from a huge selection of seafood, and a large range of oysters. Have your oysters while they're fresh at the shops with the large amount of condiments provided. Would highly recommend.

We get fish most weeks from Aptus - barramundi to make your mouth water, swordfish, prawns lots of options. And if you like oysters there's a long table so you can have them on the spot with all different sauces.

Every week I buy 2 dozens of extra-large St. Helen's oysters take-away. I ask to have them unshucked and usually get a discount. Aptus Seafood also offers Bruny Island, Sydney Rock, Smokey Bay, Coffin Bay and Kangaroo Island oysters.
