I had an outstanding experience today! Marie at the reception was fantastic. She welcomed us warmly and even helped me change my airplane seat to ensure my comfort.

Qantas has done it again! This is the most stunning lounge they could have in Melbourne within the OneWorld system, catering beautifully to both business and first-class travelers.

The Qantas International First Lounge is truly exceptional. If you're fortunate enough to be traveling in first class, be sure to book their chauffeur service to pick you up at the airport.

The new person at the register is excellent and provides very good service. They might chat a little too much, but it creates a pleasant atmosphere. The bins could use some updating, but other than that, everything is great.

This was my first visit to this café bar. I stopped in for a quick beer before heading out, and I found the space to be a reasonable size with ample seating. The window view added to the ambiance. They offer a great selection of beers, wines, and spirits, which is impressive considering the café's size. The food looks beautifully presented as well. Prices are reasonable, reflecting the quality and availability of items. The customer service was friendly and the service was prompt. I also enjoyed the posters on the back wall. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, making it an ideal spot for families or solo travelers looking for a quick bite before a long journey. It’s also a wonderful place to sit down with loved ones before saying your goodbyes.
