After waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive thru, my food was terrible. Fries were old and cold. Burger was dry and flavorless. To top it off, they gave me the wrong type of flat soda. The worst jack in the box I have ever ate at.
The wait time is unreal right now. They definitely need more help.
Horrible wait for 2 jumbo Jack's. Took 20 min for an online order.
I wish I could give zero stars. The employees were SO RUDE to us. They intentionally refused to take our order. It was a nightmare. We only have two locations in town now and we will always choose the one across town now!
